What Students Say About Him
Amit:A soldier by heart and an administrator by mind,
He works day and night to serve the humankind….
A teacher by profession and sportsman with an active lifestyle,
I always see, even in extreme conditions, he keeps an optimistic smile….
For the darkness, he is a light,
In his guidance, I learn, how to fight….
He helps me always, whenever I see, hurdles on every side,
Oh my lovely teacher, I am thankful to you for being my guide....
It was a great moment; please let me say,
He met me on that honorable day….
I'm not sure where I'll be in future's sands,
But, if, you'll be there, Insha’Allah, I'll be in safe hands….
I pray to the Divinity, in my all births, please provide me with this Trinity,
What I ask Mr. God? It's just a shorter will….
My Nation, My Parents and a Teacher Mr. K.S. Gill

Shalini: He has read lots of books but he is never tired of appreciating constitution (His favorite book, he says so).Sir’s mostly used quote : “Gadha aisi prajaati hai jo har jagah paayi jaati hai”
Sir has talked about this movie several time – Jatt and Juliet.
Samta: I am studying law from Karam Sir since July 2012. He speaks about lots of topics in the class to make us clear and aware about important things. He gives so many examples from books, authors, particular persons, even constitution etc.
According to me, I have noticed him talking about the constitution several times as it is a holy book for him. Constitution is the priority and head for almost every description.
He puts light on the every important topic like women empowerment, terrorism etc. Another topic which he picks up is religion, and tells what it really means and how should it be understood.
For me, he is a great teacher, as teacher means a person who teaches for giving knowledge and not for making money. He is helpful & from his thoughts he seems to be actually a person with modern thinking.
Richa: Following are the quotations given by Sir during his lecture:
He agrees with Karl Marx “Religion is Opium for masses”
He disagree with the Ramayana’s quotation “Women, SCs etc. should be beaten”
Himanshu: Extracts from Karam Sir’s classes:Gandhi Ji – Means are as important as ends.
Marx – Religion is an opium for the masses.
Lincoln – Government is of the people, for the people, by the people.
Einstein – I don’t know about the third world war, but the fourth will be fought with sticks and stones.
Thomas Freidmann – U.S. will never attack a country where there is a McDonald’s Outlet.
Karamjeet Singh Gill – I don’t have a problem with God, I have a problem with religion.
Karamjeet Singh Gill – “Gadha ek aisi prajaati hai jo poori duniya main paayi jaati hai”
Saurabh Bhushan:
Karam Sir’s thoughts about;
DEMOCRACY – “I may not agree with your view, but I will be the first person to hear you and let you speak.
DIPLOMACY – A diplomat will convince you in such a way about hell that you will actually look forward to go there.
CONSTITUTION – Constitution is actually written in such a fashion that you actually need a dictionary to understand it.
Karam sir prefers Reason above mythology.
